DOGS FOR SALE
In addition to our in-house breeding program, we offers pre-tested working dogs from six weeks of age and up. Prior to bringing canines into our program, they are tested by our trainers and examined by our veterinarians to ensure that they are healthy. With 24-hour access to medical care, our canines receive the highest quality of care while in our program.

Located in North Texas, True Canine International offers professional canine training services to include Police K9 training, personal protection training and an in-house breeding program. Our training and bloodlines originated in Czech Republic with world renown trainer, Leos Drbohlav.
Police K9 training
At True Canine International, we pride ourselves on offering quality training that focuses on the needs of both the handler and the canine. We not only train the canine, but we also teach the handler how to ensure that their canine is most efficient. Our method of training focuses on communication, aggression, obedience, and the overall wellbeing of the canine.
Our training methods originated in Czech Republic many years ago and have been proven to be highly effective. The experience of our trainers, paired with our handler training methods, make us a one-of-a-kind professional training organization that is highly sought-after throughout the world.
Meet Leos
DIRECTOR OF TRAINING
Leos Drbohlav is an internationally renowned canine trainer and breeder with extraordinary ability in the training of working canines, canine trainers as well as the genetics associated with the breeding of working canines for use in military, law enforcement and border patrol applications.
Mr. Drbohlav has trained with the leading experts in his field and is rightly considered an expert in the science of animal behavior. Mr. Drbohlav regularly conducts seminars throughout the United States and Europe for military personnel and law enforcement. He has individually titled fifteen canines of which seven were titled at the most demanding level.
The uniqueness of Mr. Drbohlav’s training combines modern science and the understanding of training, not only with dogs but also other species – such as sea mammals. This stems from his gained experience with law enforcement and military. The foundation of his training is the merging of science and practice.
True Canine International (TCI) has the resources and experience to provide K9s and training ranging from basic to advanced level for tactical employment of K9 teams within military and law enforcement units (including Special Operations).
TCI offers training services to include courses on narcotic detection, bomb detection, cadaver, arson, tracking, search and rescue, obedience and protection. We also have dual purpose trainings, including apprehension and home protection.
We work with government and federal agencies in training dogs for specific purposes such as tracking, bomb detection and narcotic detection. We provide K-9s to the U.S. Department of Defense and Customs; and Border Patrol.
